This subject consists of 3 modules, which explore the core parts of implementing a “Behaviour Based Safety: Observation and Coaching Process” in your organisation:
- Overview of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) - understanding behaviour.
- The Observation Process - observing behaviour.
- The Coaching Process - improving/adjusting/correcting behaviour.

- Understanding behaviour, knowing how to observe behaviour, and being able to change behaviour through coaching, are skills that will greatly benefit any leader, in any capacity, in any organisation.
- Mastering the skills presented in this subject will help you gain the trust and respect of your employees.
- Behaviour Based Safety Leadership, specifically, has the additional benefit of saving lives and preventing accidents and incidents.
