Description
The Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA), as the peak body for the recruitment and workforce services industry has created StaffSure in conjunction with SGS, a certification program to support the integrity, compliance and professionalism of the industry and, very importantly, provide end-users with a very easy choice between good practice and malpractice.
Certification will give balanced assurance that a Workforce Services Provider is making every effort to operate legally and honestly in its activities and transactions. The program will provide a high level of visibility and transparency for a buyer of workforce, contracting and recruitment services that they are dealing with a reputable and proven provider.
This introductory training offers a self-paced guided understanding of the requirements of the StaffSure Standard across the 6 key areas:
- work status & remuneration
- financial assurance
- safe work
- migration
- fit & proper person
- suitable accommodation
This training includes self-assessment questions at the end of each section covered in addition to a small case study. These questions are formulated off the specific audit questions and help to identify if the Workforce Service Provider has controls in place that are:
- evidence based
- suitably documented
- regularly monitored
- providing feedback to support corrective action
- transparent
- supported by appropriate training and resources
Access to this self-assessment is available for 6 months after the purchase date to measure your progression. In addition to the access you will also have the ability to download a report at the end of the session that identifies your businesses strengths and weaknesses against the Standard, an internal audit checklist that can be used to assess your business on a regular basis and a copy of the StaffSure Standard.
