Description
Course Overview
This training program provides a business management strategy that aims to help project leaders and process owners gain the knowledge and confidence to challenge the status quo.
During our Ten-day training you will learn the necessary tools and techniques to lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects. We explore hands on project experience and develop technical knowledge to help you develop quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Our unique blend of theory and application provides you with a course that is both practical and interactive, and provides you with a real opportunity to deliver real results. We achieve this by the delivery of a live business project that should be identified by you prior to the commencement of training. There is then a period of approximately one month between classroom sessions to allow you to then progress your project.
