This subject consists of 3 modules, which explore the core parts of implementing a “Behaviour Based Safety: Observation and Coaching Process” in your organisation: 

1. Overview of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) - understanding behaviour.
2. The Observation Process  - observing behaviour.
3. The Coaching Process - improving/adjusting/correcting behaviour.

Objectives

1. Understanding behaviour, knowing how to observe behaviour, and being able to change behaviour through coaching, are skills that will greatly benefit any leader, in any capacity, in any organisation.
2. Mastering the skills presented in this subject will help you gain the trust and respect of your employees.
3. Behaviour Based Safety Leadership, specifically, has the additional benefit of saving lives and preventing accidents and incidents.
