Objectives
1. The ILO provides common principles that form the foundation of different countries’ laws and national policies. An awareness of these principles will help you identify legal gaps in your own workplace.
2. This subject will not only improve your legal vocabulary and provide you with theoretical knowledge regarding legal compliance, but also assist with practical guidelines on implementation at your organisation.
3. Knowledge of international health and safety standards will give you confidence when dealing with labour inspections.
