The course provides the balance between theory and interactive communications, which develop the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct the implementation of the FSSC guideline.
Objectives
To understand the terms of the food safety management system requirement in international standards FSSC 22000 version 5 (2019)
To determine the guidelines for implementation in term of documented information and procedure to support food safety management system
To prepare and adjust to the standards of ISO 22000 version 2018 effectively including FSSC 22000 version 5 (2019)
Audience
- Shall pass knowledge of the requirements ISO 22000:2005, FSSC 22000 before and food safety management system
- Business owner, management team, manager team and food safety team to prepare, maintain and improvement a food safety management system in the organization
