To firstly provide delegates with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify the documentation and the role of such documentation as required by ISO 22000:2005. The course then focuses on the planning and preparation of practical useable documentation focusing on the different approaches and formats that may be used to satisfy the requirements of an ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. Besides a program of lecture presentations, the course includes a variety of interactive workshops where participants go through the steps of planning and then preparing and reviewing documentation. By the end of the course delegates should be able to effectively plan and prepare for the implementation of the necessary documentation to meet the requirements of ISO 22000:2005.
Objectives
To provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of documented information needed by ISO 22000:2018 with provide information from documentation planning regarding ISO 22000:2018 standard requirement, document preparation guideline and writing practices
