The course covers FDA's food labelling requirements with focus on allergen labelling as a FSMA requirement. The course covers the following topics:

- Elements of food label
- Conditionally required labelling
- Special labelling requirements
Completion criteria: learners will be required to complete at least 60% of the course. Upon successful completion learners will be able to download a certificate of completion.
