Description
The purpose of this course is to provide you with the competence and a framework to help in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System while meeting the ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The course aims to provide insight into the steps needed for the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 as well as transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2008.
You are expected to have a basic knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standards equivalent to attendance on the SGS ISO Awareness Training Courses.

Apply the implementation requirements of ISO 9001:2015 by:
- Preparing to Implement a QMS / moving from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.
- Interpreting correlation matrices between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015.
- Applying risk-based thinking, PDCA and the process approach.
- Performing a GAP Analysis.
