Documents must be managed as it is used to keep track of different information or changes. A robust and practical documentation system is a must to keep information up to date, effective and efficiently.

All documentation requirements of management systems are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type, size and product provided.

A good understanding and interpretation of the requirements are vital to ensure full conformance and enable certification to be obtained and maintained effectively.
