DESCRIPTION
ISO 45001 requires the organization to comply with its relevant legal and other requirements to it subscribes. In many instances, compliant to the legal requirements are not merely some good preparation of documents and record but requires a technical knowledge and solutions to it.
Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.
OBJECTIVES
The programme aims to provide delegates with learning how to:- Appreciate the brief overview of the Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Act including the Factory & Machinery Act
- Identify and relate relevant Act and regulations with respect to his/her own industry
- Appreciate the importance of the legislative and regulatory requirements for the business in structuring an effective OH&S Management Systems
- Contribute to the development, improvement and integrity of their organization’s management systems
