ISO 37001:2025 Internal Auditor
Description
Internal auditing is fundamental to any improvement initiative. The ISO 37001:2025 standard requires an organisation conduct internal audits to determine the effectiveness of its anti-bribery management system.
This course is designed to increase the understanding of process based auditing techniques and help internal auditors to accurately interpret and audit against the ISO 37001:2025 requirements for improvement.
Through practical workshop, case studies and role-play, delegate will gain the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct, report audit findings including followup audit on corrective actions taken so as to ensure continual improvement
Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.
Objectives
The programme aims to provide delegates with the knowledge and ability to
Reproduce the knowledge and skills required to perform audits of anti-bribery management system against ISO 37001:2025 in accordance with ISO 19011
Discuss the processes needed in planning, preparation, auditing, reporting and follow up
Demonstrate the process based auditing in meeting the anti-bribery management system requirements
Report audit findings to have balance summary status of the anti-bribery management system
Review effectiveness of corrective action (s) taken on audit findings to ensure that no recurrence of similar non-conformance(s)

Personnel appointed to be involved in audits, appointed Internal Auditors or who would like to understand process based auditing of anti-bribery management system.
Prior ISO 37001:2025 Requirements knowledge is compulsory for this course.
