Description
The latest release of ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) focuses not just on complying with the essential food safety requirements but also paving the way of establishing business continuity without compromising food safety, quality and legality. The standard has also incorporated the consideration of managing the organization context and risk & opportunities control effectively to uphold the organization’s commitment in producing safe and quality food for the intended customers, consumers and interested parties involved in the food chain. The course provides an overview of all the key requirements of ISO 22000:2018 with examples of how the standard may be applied in the food manufacturing and related sector in the food chain.
Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.
Objectives
