MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) training from SGS – enabling you to achieve MSC certification and participate in the seafood supply chain.

Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification ensures compliance with internationally-recognized standards covering sustainable fishing and seafood traceability (through Chain of Custody Certification) for wild caught fish.

This training course allows you to gain an in-depth understanding of the practical implementation of the standard.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINER:
Jackson Tsang has been working in food industry for over 7 years and had a solid background in this area. Currently he is working as an auditor in SGS Hong Kong. He is responsible for auditing food hygiene program, second party schemes as well as third party recognized standards including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC and MSC Chain of Custody. He had wide audit experiences across different sectors including hotel, catering, trading, warehousing and central food processing. Moreover, he is used to provide training on food hygiene and MSC Chain of Custody.

Objectives

The course gives attendees a clear overview of the requirements of the MSC Chain of Custody (CoC) with examples of how it may be applied.  It also includes the insight on MSC CoC documentation requirements and brief introduction to MSC CoC audit.

Training is delivered through both presentations and interactive group works that help you to develop the knowledge and skills to implementation MSC CoC.
