PROFESSIONAL TRAINER:
Jackson Tsang has been working in food industry for over 7 years and had a solid background in this area. Currently he is working as an auditor in SGS Hong Kong. He is responsible for auditing food hygiene program, second party schemes as well as third party recognized standards including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC and MSC Chain of Custody. He had wide audit experiences across different sectors including hotel, catering, trading, warehousing and central food processing. Moreover, he is used to provide training on food hygiene and MSC Chain of Custody.

Objectives
The course gives attendees a clear overview of the requirements of the MSC Chain of Custody (CoC) with examples of how it may be applied. It also includes the insight on MSC CoC documentation requirements and brief introduction to MSC CoC audit.
Training is delivered through both presentations and interactive group works that help you to develop the knowledge and skills to implementation MSC CoC.
