China Certification & Accreditation Association (CCAA) and Hong Kong Institution of Certified Auditors (HKICA) has concluded an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to embark on the collaboration arrangement of mutual recognition of both sides’ certified auditors.

The ISO 9001 standard, taken into consideration the needs and expectation of customers, specified a systematic framework and approach to establish and implement a quality management system and attain continuous improvements. This training course is certificated by HKICA, it is designed to facilitate organizations and individuals to understand the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standards for enhance the awareness and understanding the content of new international standards.

COURSE OUTLINE (1 DAY):

• Introduction of Annex SL and High Level Structure ;
• Incorporation of risk based thinking and determination of Context of the Organization in Quality Management System
• Scope and structure of ISO 9001:2015;
• Framework and Interpretation of ISO 9001:2015 requirement
