This course, developed by Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA), is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Successfully completing this course is one way to meet the requirements for a “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual.(PCQI)” This course is taught by a Lead Instructor for the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINER:
Jackson Tsang has been working in food industry for over 7 years and had a solid background in this area. Currently he is working as an auditor in SGS Hong Kong. He is responsible for auditing food hygiene program, second party schemes as well as third party recognized standards including GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC and MSC Chain of Custody. He had wide audit experiences across different sectors including hotel, catering, trading, warehousing and central food processing. Moreover, he is a lead instructor to provide FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course.
CERTIFICATION (Attendance: 100%):
Delegates who successfully completed the course will be issued a FSPCA PCQI certificate by the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO)
