This Course is certificated by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (CQI / IRCA; Course Certification Number,2000 - PT 254
Learners who successfully complete this module will have completed the module in the CQI / IRCA transition programme that addresses the learning objectives relating to the revised Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements.
Learners will need to successful complete Module 1 based on Annex SL in order to be to audit effectively management systems based on Annex SL.
Other requirements for auditor certification are outlined in the IRCA auditor scheme booklets and on the CQI / IRCA website www.quality.org.
This Course is owned by SGS United Kingdom Ltd and is provided internationally as SGS Certification and Business Enhancement (CBE).

Remark:
- Course successful completion only satisfies part of the requirement for certification of auditor.
- The successful completion certificate is valid for 5 years for the purpose of certification by CQI/IRCA.
Remarks for Exemption:
1. Delegate who has successfully completed the CQI/IRCA Certified ANNEX SL Auditor Course (CQI/IRCA Registration no. 17902 - PT 211) can exempt the 1st day training of the course.
2. Delegate needs to submit certificate for approval in advance.
3. Delegate who successfully completed the 2nd day training and passed the exam will be only issued a certificate - ISO 22000:2018 Module 2 – Auditor Transition Course by IRCA (CQI/IRCA Registration no. 2000 - PT 254)

CERTIFICATION (Attendance 100%)
- Delegates who successfully completed the course and passed the test will be issued Two Certificates (CQI/IRCA Ref.: M1: 17902 - PT 211 & M2: 2000 - PT 254) by CQI/IRCA.
- Delegates who pass both the examination and continuous assessment will be issued with a “Certificate of Achievement” that satisfies the formal training for an individual seeking certification as a CQI / IRCA auditor/lead auditor. The “Certificate of Achievement” is valid for a period of five years from the date of the last day of the course for the purpose of certifying as an auditor with the CQI / IRCA.
- Delegates who do not pass the continuous assessment and have been in attendance for the full duration of the course will be issued with a “Certificate of Attendance”.

Objectives
The objective of this Course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an (internal) audit of part of a food safety management system based on ISO 22000 (or equivalent) and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the management system.
The purpose of this Module is to equip participants with an understanding of the learning objectives relating to the revised Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements in ISO 22000:2018.
CQI / IRCA COURSE CRITERIA – OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this Module, Learners will be able to:
- Know and understand the requirements of ISO 22000:2018.
- Communicate any changes in FSMS specific requirements arising because of transitioning from ISO 22000:2005 to ISO 22000:2018.
Learners will need to demonstrate acceptable performance in continuous assessment and the end of course test to complete the course successfully.
