Description
This course is an introduction for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of quality management systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001.
It is important to have the knowledge and overview of the ISO 9001, description of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Process Approach and Risk –based Thinking, including other terms and definitions use in the QMS.
Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.
Objectives
The program aims to provide delegates with learning how to:
- Describe ISO 9001:2015 elements and it’s the requirements
- Explain what is process approach to quality management and apply in business process
- List of activities required to implement, maintain and improved the QMS
- Identify what are the minimum required documented information needed in the QMS
