Non-conformances are failures in product or service performance. Internal failures occur primarily at the raw material stage or during processing. External failure takes place when the defect in the product or service reaches the ultimate customer. Have we not very often noticed that same failure occur repeatedly? Yes, of course we have.
The reason why the same failure is repeated is simply because the people who analyzed the cause did not reach the root cause of the problem. What they manage to eliminate was the symptoms but, not the root cause.
Root Cause Analysis is a techniques specifically developed to help organizations to carry out a detailed analysis in a scientific and logical manner to arrive at the real cause of a problem.
Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.
