Description
Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 223 provides guidelines to implement prerequisite programmes and design requirements for manufacturers dealing with the packaging of food products and beverages. This specification was developed to support management systems in the food industry and help manufacturers to comply with BS EN ISO 22000. PAS 223 sets out practical requirements for the design of food packaging too. By having the right safety measures in place, organisations can reduce and eliminate food safety risks, such as food poisoning and contamination.
Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.
