Description
The course will also prepare the delegates to conduct the internal audit to ensure documentation and implementation compliance with the latest Version 4.1 of FSSC 22000 Standard (Food Safety System Certification 22000). This course is beneficial to the delegates from the certified sites as effectively from January 1, 2018 all certified sites are required to be audited against Version 4.1.
In general, the FSSC 22000 Version 4.1 covers the following requirements:
- ISO 22000
- ISO22002-1 requirements
- Related Pre-requisite requirements
- FSSC 22000 Version 4.1 Additional Requirements.
Objectives
The programme aims to provide delegates with learning how to:
- Explain coverage of SSC 22000 Version 4.1 standard & clauses.
- Practise auditing & reporting skills in ensuring documentation compliance in accordance with the FSSC 22000 Version 4.1 including the Additional Requirements.
- Conduct the post audit follow up activities.
