This course is designed to give a practical approach through a combination of theory, case study and workshop will be used to ensure the participants’ involvement and interest.

Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.

OBJECTIVES

This course is design as below objectives:

• To meet government, industry and auditor requirements for development of a working Critical Control Plan (CCP)/Halal Critical Plan (HCP) plan.

• To understand the priciples of CCP/HCP and obtain the skill in the establishment of CCP/HCP in the organisation.
