DESCRIPTION
The ISO 37001 Standard for Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) requires organization to undertake regular bribery risk assessment and review to ensure that changes and new information can be properly assessed.
Due diligence on certain transactions, activities, business associate and personnel shall also be assessed the nature and extent of the bribery risk in relation to it.
Important: Only the softcopy of the course material will be distributed on the day of training. Thus participants are reminded to bring along their laptop for the duration of the training.

- Describe the approach and steps to establish and maintain risks and opportunities assessment
- Identify, analyse, assess, prioritize, take actions and review the documented bribery risks
- Align bribery risks with organisation’s anti-bribery objectives
- Perform due diligence on certain categories of transactions, projects or activities, business associates and others
