
DESCRIPTION
Level 1, basic and introduction
This training has been designed to help demonstrate commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as continuously improving your quality management systems (QMS).
The aim of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the management systems approach and the requirements of ISO 9001.
We will explain the purpose of a quality management system, of quality management systems standards, and the business benefits of improved performance of the quality management system.
The tutor will outline the structure and content of ISO 9001 and its relationship with ISO 9000. The specific quality management related requirements of ISO 9001 will also be addressed.
Our courses are delivered by tutors who are quality management system experts and experienced trainers. Your knowledge and skills will be developed through an interactive and practical approach to learning.
Preparation
Participants must bring an ISO standard to the training. If your company is not yet in possession of the ISO 9001:2015 standard than you can order via www.nbn.be of www.nen.nl
OBJECTIVES
- The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle
- The core elements of a management system and the interrelationship between top management responsibility, policy, objective, planning, implementation, measurement, review and continual improvement.
- Quality management; The fundamental concepts and the seven quality management principles (see ISO 9001)
- An understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 and the commonly used quality management terms and definitions.
AUDIENCE
The training is an introduction for anyone who is involved in setting up, implementing and managing a quality management system.
Participants are not expected to have knowledge of auditing and ISO 9001.
