Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an effective tool that helps teams and organizations manage and drive performance. 

The course focuses on how you can set-up and implement control charts in the work environment as means for effective process control.  It also includes an introduction to key concepts of process capability and performance assessment.

This course is relevant to engineering, quality, manufacturing, and service personnel involved in product/process control and improvement as well as those who are interested to understand how statistical process control can be used to sustain quality in their own team or organization.

Course Pre-requisite:
A background in descriptive statistics and Quality Control (QC) tools would be ideal.
