This course will also introduce the essential steps of developing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, design and implementation of business continuity plans, and preparing and conducting awareness and training programs.

The ability to continue operating, even a minimal service, in the event of a disruption or disaster is crucial to organizations. Knowing the best approach to implementing this standard is critical to any organization where a minimal service needs to be guaranteed or where contractual requirements exist.
Objectives
By the end of the course, you are expected to:- Understand the BCM framework and its components
- Understand the requirements of ISO 22301
- Identify critical business activities and conduct risk assessments
- Develop an implementation approach
Audience
The training will be helpful to all those involved in the development, implementation and management of a BCMS based on ISO 22301 standard.Participants can come from Executive Management, IT and BCP Practitioners, Business and Operation Executive, Quality, Human Resources.
