This course will enable or equip participants to:- Comprehend and apply the 8D problem solving process in the work environment.

This course is applicable to Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Personnel involved in problem solving and/or facilitating groups in problem solvingPre-Requisites:
Background in descriptive statistics and QC tools
