The primary goal of this training is to effectively equip, develop and enable the participants to come up with appropriate controls for providing products and delivering services that ensure that the intended results are achieved by reducing the potential for nonconforming outputs due to human error.

Assessing how vulnerable your processes are for human errors
Methodologies on how to lower chances of human error
