
Description
The objectives of this Course is to provide Learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform first-party audits of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (QOHS) against ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.

Objectives
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 requirements
Understanding the concepts of quality management and the relationship with customer satisfaction and continual improvement
- Be able to plan for appropriate hazard identification, risk assessment and determining control
- Options to legal and other requirements update
- Be able to plan, prepare and execute integrated management system internal audit effectively
- Know the means of getting objective evidence
- Develop the skills of evaluating significance of audit findings and developing appropriate corrective/preventive measures
