
Description
The objective of the Global Standard for Food Safety Internal Auditing Training Course is designed to equip delegate/s with the knowledge and skills required to implement and conduct internal audits on the food safety management systems against the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Issue 7. A series of updated relevant information in this workshop will be presented followed by group workshops with the practical application of knowledge gained during the lecture. Prior knowledge of concepts of HACCP principles can be an advantage.

- Introduction and understanding of BRC Global Food Standard
- Planning, conducting, reporting and follow-up on an audit
