The 8 disciplines problem solving process is a problem management tool used for product and process improvement. It is structured into 8 disciplines, emphasizing on team working together to resolve problems. It is well accepted problem solving tools within the automotive industries.
The 1-day course is designed primary to enable the participants to have a step by step understanding of the 8D problem solving method including understanding of the Ishikawa diagram analysis and 5 Why analysis method.
