Description
The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an audit of part of a food safety management system based on ISO 22000 (or equivalent) and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the management system.
Before starting this course, learners are expected to have the prior knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 and its advisable for learner to have the knowledge of Annex SL.
Learners will need to demonstrate acceptable performance in continuous assessment in order to complete the course successfully.
Course Content:
- Session 1: ISO 22000:2018 Overview and Clauses 4, 5 & 6
- Session 2: ISO 22000:2018 Clause 7
- Session 3: ISO 22000:2018 Overview and Clauses 8, 9 & 10
Objectives
Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Know and understand the requirements of ISO 22000:2018
- Communicate any changes in FSMS specific requirements arising because of transitioning from ISO 22000:2005 to ISO 22000:2018
