Objectives
This course provides a basic level of understanding of the IATF 16949 intent and requirements, as well as how the requirements can be met. Each participant, who responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), will have the opportunity to develop a QMS with exercises to through the use of QMS implementation and documentation tools such as: Project Plans, Seven Quality Management Principles, Defining the Organizations Context, Defining Interested Parties and their requirements, Automotive Process Approach: Process Concept Diagram (Turtle) etc. All activities will include industry-specific examples and terminology.
