Objectives
The first objective of this course is to educate the participants to identify the document. And the role of the standards set by GMP & HACCP program focuses on planning and preparation of documents that can be used in practice. The model can be applied to achieve compliance with the requirements of standards GMP & HACCP regulation and management of food safety and the programs offered include a variety of groups for self work. The participants will be trained through the various stages of the planning, preparation and review of documents. By the end of the course, participants will be trained to plan effectively. And prepare the documents necessary to achieve compliance to the requirements of GMP & HACCP.
