The course focuses on the planning and preparation of practical useable documentation focusing on the different approaches and formats that may be used to satisfy the requirements of BRC regulations and food safety management systems.
OBJECTIVES
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify the documentation and the role of such documentation as required by BRC. The course then focuses on the planning and preparation of practical useable documentation focusing on the different approaches and formats that may be used to satisfy the requirements of BRC regulations and food safety management systems. Besides a program of lecture presentations, the course includes a variety of interactive workshops where participants go through the steps of planning and then preparing and reviewing documentation.By the end of the course delegates should be able to effectively plan and prepare for the implementation of the necessary documentation to meet the requirements of BRC.
