• To understand the terms of the food safety management system requirement in international standards ISO 22000:2018

• To determine the guidelines for implementation in term of documented information and procedure to support food safety management system

• To prepare and adjust to the standards of ISO 22000 version 2018 effectively iincluding FSSC 22000
