DESCRIPTION
***SGS also provide e-certificate and e-document (e-document will be provided for In-house training only). This enables learners to be free from certificate loss, to reduce storage space, and ultimately to be environmental-friendly to which SGS’s current policy is attached.***
This course covers the common set of requirements that should be used by the manufacturing to implement failure mode and effects analysis techniques that aligned between AIAG and VDA into design and manufacturing processes including Monitoring and System Response, or FMEA-MSRs. This course will introduce participants to the 2019 FMEA process. Participants who complete the training will have a good understanding of the new FMEA methodology including the 7-step FMEA process and using the Action Priority Tables to assess risk.
