Needed to audit Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). You learn to assess the
Design, implementation and improvement of organisations’ FSMS to their requirements of FSSC 22000.

• Have the skills and knowledge needed to conduct third-party audits against the
requirements of the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management Systems
