• Preliminary steps to full HACCP
• Introduction to procedure writing
• Overview of GMP audits
Audience
Anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of HACCP or GMP certification scheme. If you plan to complete other HACCP training, such as internal auditing and the Lead Auditor Training, you will receive, during this course, the knowledge and understanding of HACCP upon which to build auditing skills.
