DESCRIPTION
The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to better understand the requirements of ISO 22000 and for the effective implementation, maintenance of a food safety management system within an organisation and to contribute to its continual improvement.
OBJECTIVES
UPON COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE, LEARNERS WILL BE ABLE TO:

Know and understand the requirements of ISO 22000;
•
Understand the key elements of Food Safety required by ISO 22000;
•
Understand what auditors of the Food Safety Management System will be looking for;
Learners will need to demonstrate
acceptable performance in continuous
assessment to complete the course successfully.
AUDIENCE
There is no required prior knowledge for this standard however some knowledge of FSMS Standards or QMS Standard, Food Safety Concepts and HACCP Principles would be very useful for the learners.
