Dr. CO Chan
Dr. Chan has over 25 years of industrial, training and consultancy experience in the field of operations management. As an American Society of Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt for a Fortune 500 company, He has trained over 500 Black Belts and consulted with many organizations in both manufacturing and service industries in China and Hong Kong.
Besides, the trainer has incorporate Lean & Kaizen practices into an organization by applying relevant tools such as VSM, waste reduction to achieve a lean result. To name a few about the project, it includes inventory reduction of 20%, lead time reduction of 60% and delivery performance improvement of 30%.
Mr. Ken Wong
Ken Wong has over 15 years of industrial, training and consultancy experience in the area of Corporate Finance and Treasury management. He worked with Mirant Asia, one of biggest power supplier in US before 2000 where he gained intensive exposure in the application of Project Finance. He worked in one of Big Four firm, Consultancy firms, local companies & MNC in Hong Kong. His consultancy clients include Bank of China in HK. The industries he deals with has been spanning Banking, Publishing & Digital Platform, Fashion, Mass Media, Technology and Power Supply in Asia. He was a speaker in HKICPA seminars.
Besides, Ken has put Corporate Finance practices into different companies by applying relevant skills such as consultancy projects, financial analysis & financial modeling, Merger & Acquisitions, Treasury etc. to achieve financial enhancement.
He received bachelor degree in Business Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and furthered his Master degree in Applied Finance in the University of Melbourne. He is FCCA member of ACCA(UK).
