Build your knowledge of automotive quality core tools.

This course is aligned with other SGS Training Product offerings to support IATF 16949:2016 and is delivered by a competent tutor meeting the IATF 7.2.3 and 7.2.4 standard requirements.

Module 3 - Core Tools

• FMEA - Failure Modes and Effects Analysis;
• MSA - Measurement Systems Analysis;
• SPC - Statistical Process Control

Objectives

On completion of this course you will have addressed, from a Lead Auditor perspective:

• IATF 16949-2016 clause 7.2.3, 
• IATF 16949:2016 clause 7.2.4
• Quality Core Tools

Audience

The course is designed for learners who: 

• Have a working knowledge of auditing management systems within the automotive sector and ISO 9001, and ideally involved in the implementation and/ or auditing of IATF 16949:2016.
• Are responsible for second party quality management system audits and/or working with suppliers towards conformity/certification of IATF 16949:2016
• Require training in the IATF Core Tools. (FMEA, MSA, SPC) (Module 3)

Please note this course is recommended for learners who have prior knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 requirements and auditing techniques.
