DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this Module is to equip participants with an understanding of the learning objectives relating to ISO 45001: 2018, the new ISO standard for Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements, with guidance for use.

 COURSE CONTENT

• Module 1: ISO 45001: 2018 Overview and Clauses 4, 5 & 6

• Module 2: ISO 45001: 2018 Clause 7

• Module 3: ISO 45001: 2018 Clauses 8, 9 &10

• Module 4: ISO 45001: 2018 versus OHSAS 18001: 2007

OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:

• To know and understand the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018

• To communicate any changes in OHS specific requirements arising as a result of migrating from OHSAS 18001:2007 to the latest version of ISO 45001: 2018

Learners will need to demonstrate acceptable performance in order to complete the course successfully.

AUDIENCE

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE

Prior knowledge requirements for this module are an in-depth knowledge of OHSAS 18001:2007 and it is advisable to have knowledge of Annex SL.
