
Description
This 3-days training course is designed to let delegates obtain the skills and knowledge to conduct and follow-up internal audit against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Integrated Management System (IMS), and gives insight and guidance in the assessment of quality, environmental and OH&S performance and monitoring of improvement.
Remark: This course does not fully cover the interpretation of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
COURSE OUTLINE:
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 under high-level structure (Annex SL) and ISO 45001:2018
- Use of Risk-Based Thinking via Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach of QMS and EMS
- Principles and responsibilities of internal IMS auditors
- Planning, preparation, reporting and skill for conducting internal IMS audit with consideration of risk and opportunities together with process approach in audit trail
- Demonstration of effective ways to continually improve IMS in internal IMS audit
- Auditors attributes with risk based IMS assessment
PROFESSIONAL TRAINER:
The tutor is registered Lead Auditor and SGS-approved Tutor with extensive audit experience and theoretical knowledge.
CERTIFICATION (Attendance: 80%):
Delegates who successfully completed the course will be issued a certificate by SGS Hong Kong Limited.
