This is a 2-days training course and it is comprehensive to provide delegates with practical workshops on Quality Management System (QMS), and demonstrate the general approach in establishing practical quality documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard. This course will help delegates to gain understanding in ISO 9001:2015 and assist them to develop their own QMS.
DESCRIPTION
INTRODUCTION:
This is a 2-days training course and it is comprehensive to provide delegates with practical workshops on Quality Management System (QMS), and demonstrate the general approach in establishing practical quality documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard. This course will help delegates to gain understanding in ISO 9001:2015 and assist them to develop their own QMS.
COURSE OUTLINE (2 DAYS):
1) Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS under high-level structure (Annex SL)
2) Use of Risk-Based Thinking via Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach
3) Demonstration of effective general ways for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continual improving the QMS
4) Introduction of system documentation
5) How to prepare documented QMS procedures
6) How to establish and maintain QMS records
7) How to tackle certification audit
8) Cases studies and examples discussion
PROFESSIONAL TRAINER:
The tutor is registered Lead Auditor and SGS-approved Tutor with extensive audit experience and theoretical knowledge.
CERTIFICATION (Attendance: 80%):
Delegates who successfully completed the course will be issued a certificate by SGS Hong Kong Limited.
