Risk Based Thinking for ISO 9001:2015 Awareness Course

DESCRIPTION

The objective of this course is to provide participants with an introduction to Risk Management Awareness aligned with ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
This day consists of tutor led presentations and workshops.

1. Introduction to the ISO 9000 series of Standards
2. Framework of ISO 9001:2015 and Risk Based Thinking
3. Hazard Identification and Risk Management
4. Quality Risk Management

The tutor is Registered and Experienced QMS Lead Auditor and SGS Approved QMS Tutor.
 
CERTIFICATION (Attendance: 100%):

OBJECTIVES

By the end of this Course, delegates will be able to: 

• Have a basic understanding of the ISO 9000 series of standards and be aware of the development and application of the ISO 9000 family of standards;
• Have an understanding between High Level Structure (Annex SL) and Risk Based Thinking in ISO 9001:2015;
• Discuss and understand hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) as well as the types of risk assessments and the application thereof in the workplace; and

Discuss quality risk management and risk management methodology (refer to ISO 31000 standard)
