This training provides an approach to business management strategy that aims to help you with techniques to manage and develop dynamic teams in order to deliver Lean Six Sigma projects.

CERTIFICATION (Attendance: 75%):
SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT (SSBB) Certificate will be issued to those who passed the individual project (50%) and written examination (50%) in proportion administered by SGS Hong Kong Limited; Participants need to fulfill the attendance rate of at least 75% & the overall passing mark of at least 70%

Objectives

PROFESSIONAL TRAINER:
The trainer has over 25 years of industrial, training and consultancy experience in the field of operations management. As an American Society of Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt for a Fortune 500 company, He has trained over 500 Black Belts and consulted with many organizations in both manufacturing and service industries in China and Hong Kong.
 
Besides, the trainer has incorporate Lean & Kaizen practices into an organization by applying relevant tools such as VSM, waste reduction to achieve a lean result. To name a few about the project, it includes inventory reduction of 20%, lead time reduction of 60% and delivery performance improvement of 30%.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT (BLACK BELT):
Master or degree holder on Quality / Management / Engineering with minimum 5 year working experience in business-related /  management / project management / quality operation fields, and submit documentary evidence to substantiate the qualifications.
