
Description
When a nonconformity occurs in your organization, including any arising customer complaints or after auditing, you should evaluate the need or action to eliminate the cause(s) of the nonconformity. Unfortunately, the nonconformity will occur elsewhere or persist for a period of time just because the root cause has not been identified and eliminated.
This workshop uses a new innovative strategy tool from LEGO’s Danish headquarters, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology “© [2017] The LEGO Group”. It is a creative process which facilitates meeting, communication and problem solving. Participants are led through a series of questions, probing deeper and deeper into the subject.
