On December 2015, the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) raised the level of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report issuance from “voluntary” to “comply” or explain”. It is effective on and after financial year of January 2016. So, it is time for the Hong Kong listed companies to prepare ESG disclosure which meet HKEx requirement. Yet, what and how can you report? This workshop aims to help you to:
