As everyone is expecting, New edition of Food Safety Management System ISO 22000: 2018, which is a revised version of ISO 22000 international standard from 2005, is just out! The International Standardization for Organization (ISO) issued ISO 22000:2018 in June 2018.

The major areas of amendment between ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 22000:2018 are:

  • The high level structure
  • The risk approach
  • The Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle
  • The operation process


To help you to get ready for certificate conversion based on the implications, this course is an interactive workshop aims to:

  • Explain the purposes of new standard
  • Introduce the latest principle
  • Highlight the changed areas of the standard



  • Key elements of ISO 22000:2018 Application of food safety management principles
  • Differences between ISO 22000:2005 & ISO 22000:2018
  • Specific PRPs for ISO 22000
  • Test

Lead auditor for ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and  Food Safety Trainer for HACCP, ISO 22000. Our facilitators, with food focused academic and work background, had plenty of food management system audit experience from various food industries.
